Thank you for visiting Flower Shop Ana Čalija. We are a team that creates unique bouquets from fresh cut flowers and delivers them quickly and safely to the desired address completely free of charge.

Our flower shop services include flower delivery to your chosen address. We deliver flowers in Belgrade every working day from 9 AM to 8 PM, and on Saturdays from 11 AM to 4 PM (delivery at other times can be arranged for orders placed today for next-day delivery).

For “same-day” orders, Flower Shop Ana Čalija will complete delivery as soon as possible, within the limits of objective circumstances.

For “next-day” (or other date) orders, delivery is made at the time agreed upon with the client. However, we reserve the right to deliver flowers 30 to 60 minutes earlier or later than the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice given to the client.

After delivery, the client will be notified in their preferred way (SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, email, etc.). The client is required to be available at the agreed delivery time to allow contact in case of any complications (difficulty finding the location, recipient absent from the address, arranging an alternative delivery address, etc.). If we cannot reach the client within 30 minutes, delivery will be considered completed. If desired, the client may pick up the arrangement from us within 24 hours from the time of notification.

Our couriers will do their utmost to complete the flower delivery in every situation. However, delivery will be considered completed in the following cases, and the client will be informed accordingly:

• The person designated as the recipient refuses to accept the floral arrangement
• Incorrect address or recipient details
• The recipient is not at the specified address at the agreed delivery time, and no one else (other residents, family members) is available to receive the flowers or those present refuse to accept the delivery
