Before delivery or pickup, we will send you a photo of the finished arrangement via WhatsApp, Viber, or email so you can be sure everything looks just as you imagined.

Order cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at +381 65 8000 509. If the order has already been paid for, the money will be refunded in full or reduced by any costs incurred up to the moment of cancellation.

Complaints

If you have a complaint, please call us at +381 65 8000 509. We will confirm receipt of your complaint and respond within one business day. Complaints will be resolved in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, no later than within 7 days.
